International Beer Festival in China (Guiyang) 2012
2012 International Beer Festival is hold in Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center north square during June 28th --- July 8th, 2012. It covers an area of 30,000m2, includes domestic beer brands like Xuehua, Yanjing and Qingdao, there are also 30 kinds of foreign beers from 11 countries, with more than 100 gourmets in the festival. The festival contains 11 different styles of night performances, with European cup fans’ quiz, four themes tournaments etc. During the days the exhibition center has received 200,000 viewers with consumption beer 100,000 liters in total. Citizens drink beer, share cuisine, entertain with great passion, make the Beer Festival be the first large-size carnival activities in Guiyang. The next Beer Festival will be hold on north square of Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center during June 29th to July 7th, 2013.

Guiyang Real Estate Trade Fair, 2012
Guiyang Real Estate Trade Fair is held in Guiyang ICEC during November 16th to 18th, 2012. It covers an exhibition area of 22,000 m2, with 27 real estate companies, 44 properties, 8 decoration companies and 24 real estate service corporations, it encompasses major on sale real estates in Guiyang. It has attracted 100,000 viewers, traded1148 houses with total size of 87,082m2, trading volume up to 660,000,000 Yuan. The Vice Mayor of Guiyang Municipal People’s Government Liuwenxing is very concerned about the exhibition, he proposed that through this trade fair to demonstrate the development achievements of Guiyang real estate, reveal Guiyang is a "Livable, desirable industry, investable” city, guide the citizens buy houses in positive way, promote real estate in Guiyang to a healthy, stable, harmony and energy saving, green, technology development way. He also suggests real estate industry corporate with other industries and enterprises in Guiyang, make Real Estate Trade Fair be a business platform for real estate and other related industries. The next Real Estate Trade Fair will be hold in Guiyang ICEC during September 27th to 29th, 2013.
